So warmed up everything felt ok then on last warm up felt pec a little so dropped weight right away and backed off totally. Couldn’t press there after it just felt too tender.
Going to rest it out properly and not be a bellend
Today’s session was pretty much fluffy bollocks with no set plan… yes it was terrible I don’t know how normal people do it 0 fun almost anti fun and I won’t even go into productivity of it probably like fuck all aside from keeping me sane.

Post deadlifts so today’s legs we swap free machine squat back to hack squat just to get more stability out of the movement when bsck is so vulnerableToday’s session

Yes she can add them although coming back of being ill and having no offseason she won’t be in a position to prep and using drugs to improve just isn’t the best idea. Going back to offseason would be better and then competing when she is fully ready

If her coach is adamant she can be ready after no offseason her coach clearly doesn’t give a shit about her best interest. That’s just my opinion, someone can be ready yes but with not a good starting point it won’t be good or healthy

Solid rest day yesterday
Had all my treatments done chiro and physio, peptides came added tb500 full 5 mg into the pec last night and bpc157 will keep one the bpc until it’s fully clear.
Legs today rest tomorrow and push shoulder dominant Friday so we keep riding till then.

Hi Kuba, I noticed you do deadlifts on one pull day and t bar row on a different day.
Do you believe your dead’s would not be progressing as well if you had a deadlift variation in on the other pull day (conventional dead on diff kit or a different deadlift movement)
I have that in at the moment but considering taking out the deadlift variation and maybe putting in a deadstop BB Row, focus on just the one deadlift then?

Tbar row compliments deadlift ( any movment which you have to hold some weight Bent over will) so it fits perfectly with the rotations my man I do believe I just wouldn’t make as much progress if I pulled every 5 days.
