Solid leg day smashed my smith squat 6 pps for 5 then leg press 640 for 7 ( twinged my pec ????)

Hey brother I always found dimension to be decent although there has been some fakes around. Use what you like most buddy! I still rate it tbh. There’s too much out there right now imo
Insulin is there only to compliment my food intake not to increase it buddy. Insulin has to be used sporadically as an aid not as something to be able to eat more that’s when issues happen

Kuba, is it right in thinking that the Progressive style of training can give you a different “look”? like the pumps are different from say GVT (German Volume Training).
Since switching a few months ago, i have noticed my strength has gone up massively (for me) but physically my arms and delts seem to look flatter – could they just need more volume at the end of the workout or do i just need to be patient?

If you are using the system correctly yes your look will be far better
If they are flatter this may be due to poor execution also possibly not enough volume again I can’t comment as I don’t have your current set up my man

When looking to implement a couple of days off (due to bad fatigue, poor recovery, regression, etc.) would you wait to finish your PPL rotations, or just immediately take a couple days off?

Take time off immediately no point wasting time and going through sessions that won’t be productiveI favour time off rather than deload in offseason in prep we deload

With a deload you would lower volume bud never increase it that’s what you need a break from so would only be 1 working set 80% effort 1/2 reps away from failure
