    Stability and position is key

    I use vibrams to barefoot so I can kind of spread my foot across pad in a position I find comfiest.

    Before I initiate movement I maintain proper position and posture then turn my knees out slightly in same direction as my toes.

    Full range of motion in YOUR comfy position is key.

    Great session ticked off felt strong and dumbells are coming back up well.

    Today’s session went as follows.

    Low inc dumbell x2
    HS inc press x2
    Dip x2
    Inc fly x2
    Cable fly x1
    Seated cuffed lateral x3
    S/a front raise x2
    Prime attachments push down x3
    M/a S/a push down.

    PBS across board training is getting real fun but also challenging with progression right now.

    If your using low test it’s not neccesary to take more. Active half life of aromasin is actually 24 hours. On a low dose of test and when estrogen is already within striking range it would make sense to control it with the least possible amount of ai.

    Sometimes I only use once a week. Use as of when needed.

    Start with 40 iu and increase sporadically buddy
    Get a bg monitor and asses from there if your already insulin sensitive it will obviously drive your blood sugar even lower so start on lowest dose and increase by 10 iu to find your sweet spot

    Yes, yohimbine doesn’t just have postive effects on fat loss but there are tons of other benefits you get from it so I do use sporadically. Increased blood flow is one of them which is great man

    Depends on bodyweight bud!

    0.2 mg per kg although it really depends on tolerance and purity of your yohimbine buddy

    I use it almost year round and stop it around 10 days before

    To make most out of yohimbine it has to be used fasted away from food so would be good idea to use it before fasted cardio it’s most effective

    Christmas Day

    Merry Christmas everyone!

    Rest day for me normal schedule apart from Christmas dinner at @megansylvester today. Had ours at my mums last night too. 0’weight gain no shock really as the leg session was a monster.

    My M5 rest is pretty large so today Christmas dinner will replace that.

    I didn’t over eat yesterday and I won’t today. For me it’s not really about food but it’s spending time with family. I’m on a lot of food right now so not overly hungry the desire to overeat isn’t there so I won’t do it for sake of it.

    Hope everyone enjoys their day with all their loved ones. Back to business as normal tomorrow for me.

    Very very strong leg session with two of my junior clients for Christmas Eve.

    Hit 6 plates on Smith for 5 then 600kg leg press x12

    Full session went as follows

    Seated leg curl hs x2
    Smith squat x2
    Pivot leg press x1
    Single leg press x1
    Prime leg ext x1
    Glute bridge x1
    Ham curl x1
    Adductor x1
    Calf raise x3
    Leg raise x2

    Solid session very happy followed by Christmas dinner at my mums tonight!

    quick update. managed to put just under a kilo on literally had to eat 5k kals a day and more. feel I’ve softened a little but that’s probably due to dropping to cruise with V high carbs. 93.2kg this morning fasted.
    Am I still good to keep going

    Your still good to keep going until your lower back folds over your pants… rough guide.

    It’s that or you can hold back and plainly limit your progress and slow process down
