    Very very strong leg session with two of my junior clients for Christmas Eve.

    Hit 6 plates on Smith for 5 then 600kg leg press x12

    Full session went as follows

    Seated leg curl hs x2
    Smith squat x2
    Pivot leg press x1
    Single leg press x1
    Prime leg ext x1
    Glute bridge x1
    Ham curl x1
    Adductor x1
    Calf raise x3
    Leg raise x2

    Solid session very happy followed by Christmas dinner at my mums tonight!

    quick update. managed to put just under a kilo on literally had to eat 5k kals a day and more. feel I’ve softened a little but that’s probably due to dropping to cruise with V high carbs. 93.2kg this morning fasted.
    Am I still good to keep going

    Your still good to keep going until your lower back folds over your pants… rough guide.

    It’s that or you can hold back and plainly limit your progress and slow process down

    As everyone said before, just stay in the right range of heartrate. Also beside usual cardio you could do boxing or other martial arts. Its a good and fun way of doing some cardio

    Would you still hit a little boxing in prep ? I still do a little sparing and pad work occasionally ( try to as little as possible really ) but I love it and it brings back some good memories

    Yes, especially if you use a heart rate monitor, try not to go to intensive and set an alarm. But i think especially in prep it can be a brilliant option, especially its not that leg dominant like most cardio

    Not for v squat if it’s a decent v squat you should already be in a comfy position if it doesn’t feel right simply don’t do it and pick another movement

    I’m very ready to get back to work tomorrow!

    Semi chilled day took one of my clients through a coaching session today just making sure her execution was on point then went to sauna and steam room with @megansylvester

    No and yes

    Some are more demanding than others so you WILL burn more calories on sat stairs than you will just walking outside so use your cardio type when needed

    It should never really kick your ass bud it’s just a tool but it should always be done with the least effort to save energy for your sessions when it matters.

    Opt for something as low intense as possible then turn it up bit by bit when needed

    I’m almost feeling shitty and on verge of overeaching but I was pretty strong regardless today so I think it’s time to recharge rest up before we push further.
    Last session today and 3 days off totally. I will keep some light cardio in as active recovery and try and hit a spa day with the lady.
    Today’s session went as follows
    Shoulder press ma x2
    Hs flat press x2
    Smith tricep press x2
    Pec dec x2
    Dumbell side raise x2
    Lying cuffed lateral x2
    Upright row x1
    Tricep push down x3

    Hi bud

    Rep ranges for set 1 and 2 always same

    S1 6-9

    S2 10-12

    S3 15+

    Adjust weight accordingly to fail in that rep range

    hi kuba , I’m after crashing or close to crashing  my estrogen.   my estro levels were at 20 after getn bloods done while cruising 4 weeks before start of my blast.    so I took 750 test e , 600 deca with 25mg mon wed fri of aromasin . after 2 weeks my joints were blown off me cracking all the time, lost ton of  strength , lost libido , lost appetite, cudbt sleep for a week and when I did I’d  wake up every night with pains in my muscle and bones in forearms, falling asleep multiple times a day and itchy scalp.  I dropped aromasin for 7 days and was feeling better but made the mistake of starting aromasin at 12.5 mon wed fri again and it was too soon and same thing has happened just lesser degree.  is there anything I can do to help bring back libido and pump / drive to train ?   on another forum 2 people prescribed trt by a doc said there docs crashed there estro to single digits  with bloodwork to prove , it took one 4 weeks and the other 7 weeks to regain libido have I ruined my cycle as I’ve 8 more weeks to go ?   also upon looking back at last 2 blood tests I realised it was 12.5 arom mon wed fri i had been using for 750 test . not 25mg and the 12.5 was still leaving my estro  too low at 17 and 18 both times after testing after 6 weeks.  should I start at 6.25mg per 750 test next blast and go from there ?  I must be extra sensitive or not aromatise much

    Check your test how high is your test with estro so low ? Sounds like your test may be bunk.
    If your using 12.5 x3 a week use it x2 a week instead buddy that’s will work my man!
    Next time maybe try 0 ai for a while then once estro creeps up a touch use bare minimum so 12.5 x2 or every 5 days
    I would check test too and maybe take a rest.
    Will take around 10 days to regain it and up the test also 200 mg test prop that’s what we did when my estro dropped

    I didn’t get full bloods this time just a few things checked at local gp. It did cross my mind about the test but it’s the same batch of bayer schering testoviron I’ve been using all year on prior blasts and just one shot when crusing so its got to be gud. the last full bloods that showed full range of testosterone levels was last may I think and was 420 nmoll , is there a general ratio level per 250 test ? I think I was crusing then cant remember for sure
