Rest day today, usual routine for me.
Wake we hit cardio my usual time
40’min steady pace on bike
Followed by an hour of deep tissue with my physiotherapist babet…. ps she’s absolutely awesome!
Spent afternoon with @megansylvester coffee shop then some house shopping and Christmas presents for my parents…..
Slightly more activity today with walking around the shops than usual.
Sunday dinner at my mums hit pretty much same macros as my M5 so it’s perfect, thankfully my old lady weighs everything out to the gram so I can always count on her hitting same macros for me and still
Enjoy some family time.Big tip for you guys eating out over festive period… work your meals into your daily allowance… this won’t see you hinder your progress. Something Jordan has drilled into me well and it has helped so much this offseason.

If you drop intensity and up volume you will just get smaller
The closer I get to my show the lower volume I train and I keep intensity up that’s exactly what keeps muscle there… doing more volume and going for pump during prep will see you’ drop muscle and fade.

Semolina I believe won’t be like ground rice it will sir rather heavy on the gut buddy
Alternatives is baby rice or cream of rice of amazon at cost 🙂
