Once you weighed it raw that 300g chicken breast will Always hahe same macronutrients that’s the whole pointYou could make that chicken breast weigh more or less but it will still have the same amount of calories and protein that’s exactly why weighing your food cooked is never as accurate

It will always make a difference as it would change weight even if you cooked it over by 30 seconds so it will never be as accurate as raw

Weigh your meat RAW 2/3 days worth together then cook and divide by the amount of portions so say
2 kg if your portions are 100 g 20 portions so cook it all weigh again after cooking and divide by 20 job done quick convenient and correct to the letter

Cooking meats or carbs differently even by 1 minute will impact how much it weighs
Biggest example
300 g raw chicken I could cook down to 140 g Cooked
It will still have 60 G protein in same breath I could make it weigh 210g…

Personally I hate rest days so I make sure my days are filled with client work and admin work so I can put all my focus into training on training days ( check in days aside)

Solid days rest, weight down slightly again so absolutely 0 cardio and minimal steps normal rest day food and a productive day getting the worn done!

Imo you won’t get any sides at all even on double the dose easily if it’s real var buddy.

Get stronger lower your volume and eat up as simple as it gets without more data from you 🙂

Was the tests done fasted ? I think to get a correct reading of these you have to be fasted buddy

I would run it on training days only which is what I like to do anyways, I think daily use does leave you having to use more imo
Peds slin and gh all work in synergy together so it’s wise to keep it in to maximise it all
Take 2-4 iu training days that’s very much affordable
