If your sore this much I think your just over cooking it and potentially doing too much volume which will hinder your progress. Lower volume and re asses it’s something you have to adress for sure

It’s a very strong drug the only time I will consider using again is possibly in prep. But again all depends how body feels. I much favour drugs that aren’t as harsh right now

Hey kuba. I eventually pulled trestalone out my plan. I’ve swapped for test prop and tren ace. With the trestalone I was up and down. Some days on a downer and not caring about nothing but careing that I didn’t care if you get me. It was a weird feeling. Just out of curiosity what side effects did u get from it??[/quote]

Kuba on the recent podcast, you mentioned your appetite is good even with tren in this off season. Did you always get on with tren well in the off season? Also will you be running tren through the end of this run?
Hey buddy, no not at all in past I could never run it. Keeping activity and cardio in along with smart food choices and staying in condition has helped dramatically with the appetite.
I will he swapping for npp soon when tren starts to bite on appetite. While ever I can eat we ride it out.

I would always opt for no Lower than 130 bpm, a good fast pace walk will achieve that.
In terms of timing it’s whenever you feel like it suits you best there’s no rule

It’s not necessary when you have a facility like this however I do think investing in a good coach will speed up your progress by a country mile as you just won’t make silly mistakes. A good coach will not only guide you well but will teach you so much that in some cases it’s priceless.

Pretty stressful day my whole area has flooded and the gym almost flooded too so I’ve not had chance to relax much.
Early night and another days rest tomorrow before we resume full speed.
