    Solid leg session again, things are really firing up.

    Set up for today

    Seated leg curl prime x2
    Leg extension x2
    Smith squat x2
    Leg press x1
    Machine banded RDL x1
    Single leg curl x2
    Seated calf x3

    Took pbs across board.

    My recovery seems to be picking up for sure.

    I feel positive and strong, digestion and appetite is great.

    I saw your story on Instagram, you had Potatoes pre work, how do you cook them? They looked fantastic…
    They are regular red potatoes?
    I was thinking to alternate between sweet potatoes and red or white, do you think is so much gi difference between them?

    They are marris piper potatoes

    I peel them wash them dry them then sear them on pan with salt and garlic and air fry them in my air Frier

    I prefer white digests so easy for me hate sweet tbh

    Don’t look at food as cheats.

    If your not mentally strong enough to adhere to a simple diet

    Then you should add in foods you crave within your macro range

    Say you crave burgers and chips

    Use 5% oven chips
    And 3% lean burgers with bagel thins

    For example.

    If you really have this much of an issue you seriously need to adress this issue before considering any further diets or preps.

    Your food focus can be easily controlled via adding a variety of foods you crave

    Trestalone is a horrible drug buddy may be to do with it.

    At this time only thing I can advise is challenge your self and test what your made off push past boundary

    It depends if your carbs are high I would favour splitting across all meals but pre bed meal

    All depends on how high your calories are and what feels best for you I like carbs in m1 🙂

    I take gh then slin 15 mins after

    When implementing hgh and insulin in the off season, which strategy on timing do you prefer and how do you keep blood sugar normal?

    Gunshot insulin 15 mins post

    2 iu gh 2 iu slin am

    6 iu pre 6 iu slin pre

    2 iu post 10 iu slin post

    Blood sugar is normal or low. If it’s high it means your just a little out of shape

    I think I small insulin use with gh is key.

    Check in today calls for an end on this mini cut, jordan is happy with current shape and is giving the go ahead on pushing back up. I’m happy to go with whatever he says I’m pretty much in robot mode now so I’m game to do anything that needs to be done.
