    I always hit it fasted.

    I would most definitely do it in offseason fasted to aid appetite and digestion bud.

    Sleep and get w walk outside you don’t have to go gym to do it.

    Post workout is a bad idea it will hinder recovery for sure

    Get rid of your physio and get one that knows what he is doing

    Real physio would know it all stems from your forearm and over use of it, so they would work on it and release it after a few sessions. Acupuncture helps a ton too

    Solid days rest very much needed, tried to be as sedentary as possible but wasn’t that possible today as had a few things to sort and a late night catching up on all the check ins.

    Recorded our first podcast from uk pro muscle podcast with Jamie and james so looking forward to it dropping tomorrow.

    Feeling pretty hungry now so it’s nice, I think this week we have made a big jump in condition so looking forward to check in tomorrow.

    Hey Kuba, what was the reasoning behind increasing the frequency with ppl? 3 on 1 off with lower volume as opposed to 2on 1 of 1 on 1 off as the norm here? Asked the big man Jamie but he directed me to you haha ????

    We are on enough drugs to be able to handle a little more frequency all we have done is lowered volume a touch and added extra rest days if needed.

    So it’s more like 3 on 1 off until we fucked then 2/3 days off then go again.

    Can’t deload it’s just not possible at moment, soon as I’m warm in the gym it’s fucking go time so days rest is necessary

    kuba sorry since you said you were gonna use the belt squat instead of pendulum
    how long will you utilize the belt squat? is it a set amount of time or just until you think the knees feel better?

    I will utilise it until I stall on the movement so I will rinse that for a while
    Until I can’t progress further safely then we rotate again

    Hi buddy check my log and Jordan’s for all our sessions it will give you tons of ideas how to set things up and when to rotate movements in and out.

    Also all training videos will give you the same idea on application of this kind of training mate.

    Recovery you will have to trail for your self and see what you can recover from.

    Solid leg session numbers up across board apart from pendulum which just shot my knees so it’s out we will swap that for the belt squat with heel elevated.

    Doing less is more if your training hard enough to need the extra days
    Only you will truly know if you need extra days off buddy and your body/performance will give you feedback to do so mate

    If I’m tired or feel beat up I take extra rest days when needed

    I would opt for something that digests easier, that meal would tend to sit heavy on anyone’s stomach buddy

    Cardio ✅ and a full day spent at the pca British finals supporting clients and the JP CREW amazing results today for everyone. Really gives me the itch to compete again seeing everyone do so well.
