    I would opt for something that digests easier, that meal would tend to sit heavy on anyone’s stomach buddy

    Jasmine rice lean meat or white fish and fruit is my go to 🙂

    Cardio ✅ and a full day spent at the pca British finals supporting clients and the JP CREW amazing results today for everyone. Really gives me the itch to compete again seeing everyone do so well.

    Im an all or nothing kind of guy

    On cycle or prep or 99% of the time I am committed to the cause.

    I believe there’s a time and a place for everything.

    When I have down time towards end of a cruise period I will have a night off this means il go out and do what I want ????????‍♂️ this happens 1 maybe 2 times a year

    Solid session although Strenght wasn’t quite there yesterday was just one of them days where I couldn’t remove my tampon out of my arse

    New prepare is unreal I felt like I could put my fist through the wall.

    I felt great so I went for it on smith squat managed 5.5 plates for 4… first time in that movement so this is my start point now.

    Much needed rest day legs trashed us last night. Started hitting vacuums this morning so the operation no waist is under way, spoke to Jordan about Corinnes crazy vacuum and il be hitting same protocol every morning from now. 2 more weeks of getting this shit off and we grow to my heaviest with the smallest waist.

    Strenght was ok, no real dip but not my strongest guess just one of them days. Body comp is improving daily so that’s a positive I’m so so ready to push.
