    Top push session ticked off all numbers are up aside from the high inc smith so it’s time to move that movement out for a while and rinse something else will he either inc dumbell or high in chest press.

    Solid pull session today!

    No lower back loading today I’ve attached my log below from today’s session.

    Improvements are made for sure but I’m still a fat fuck from the back so we mini cut for 4 weeks and we push hard after that:)

    Very much looking forward to pushing again I haven’t really pushed hard for a long while so I’m ready and my body’s ready.

    Do you have any tips/advice for door work – Did you change your training around days working etc? standing on feet for so long isnt great for recovery, posture etc.
    i always feel battered the day after and its hard to train on the following day with the same intensity – only do friday and saturday nights as also work a 9-5 mon-fri

    Hey buddy,

    I found keeping active actually helps with recovery for me personally back then I could train 6x a week buddy 1 day off.

    I would always wake eat M1 and go back to sleep for a few hours eat again back to bed then I would be good to go. It’s just a case of managing your sleep and getting a nap if I’m honest bud. Nothing will obviously be as perfect as an early night but that’s one way to make the most of it.

    always have more mental focus after a night of low sleep… but not if its 2 on the bounce! maybe its that you know its a challenge and swtich on more or something.. but deffo happens! Means you can wake up happy if you get a good or bad nights sleep for different reasons… positivity at its finest! haha

    I think you just think to your self rightnive had a shit sleep but I won’t let it beat me kind of thing man! Haha we all think alike brother

    I would stick to smith buddy or if you do go barbel hit it in a cage and make sure you have safety bars placed there in case you really do fail without racking

    I get pleasure from progress and challenging my self so progressive overload is only way for me buddy and it will always be most efficient way to grow

    Ques are right you drive hip back to stertcy and contract glutes hard but

    Very strong leg session in the books today, starting with glute bridges every leg session now. Glutes are priority for now.

    Glute bridge x2
    Seated leg curl prime x2
    Leg ext prime x2
    Atlantis hack x2
    Leg press x1
    Seated leg curl HS x2
    Seated calf raise x3

    Took pb’s on all lifts and all time pb on leg press 5 th movement in.

    Pleased with how things are considering enough stresses at moment to age me 50 years
