I think low body fat and low calories cause hunger, leaner you are higher the Leptin levels so you literally won’t help that no matter what you do you just need to stay disciplined.

Today’s leg session is in the pic, I was exhausted from slugging all the kit around. 2 scoops of prepare and I literally wanted to tear it up. Great session but a hard day I’m absolutely fucked now. Rest tomorrow and some physio work so need to chill as much as possible.

Hi Kuba, thanks for the previous reply re. starting ages etc. Was wondering if when you started with JP did you find he took some of your dosages down? I know he tends to recommend the most from the least, so just wondering if you were, for a time, taking “too much” or if you’ve always been quite sensible with them? Thanks man, cant wait to see your 300kg deficit! My aim is 300kg standard by end of year, race ya?? lol
I’ve took more in past, gear use with Jordan has been conservative. We haven’t smashed it and stacks are always relatively mild based around primo mainly so you won’t see me suffer from any sides or see my blood work terrible.

When in offseason and putting in muscle .. how many pounds do you typically aim for weekly? I know this is highly individual.. but as a rule of thump in your opinion and what you’ve experienced with friends / clients / your self? ????
It really depends if you think about if your adding 2/3 lbs per week it really won’t all be muscle. I like to judge of 3 things pictures performance and weight. Weight alone means F all buddy. All my clients know how I work with this. I put many off as too many are obsessed with scales too much!
