Get back on diet and cardio and get back to 93 kg at least then slowly reintroduce calories. Doing this is going to cost you your offseason

Yesterday’s pull session which we filmed with Aaron for the site and today’s push delt dominant.
Feel a little flat but Strenght is still there so I think over next 3/4 weeks we will he lean enough to push back up. I feel battered after today’s session il see how body feels tomorrow and how performance is Tuesday if it isn’t 110% we may have to go to 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off again which recovery wise worked great! Pivotal rep system is amazing but recovery is hard off it guys if you execute the sessions properly it FUCKS you

The tren causes me massive blotting and stops my food digesting so I thought cutting it would help me eat and possibly get more out of my food without being so bloated
I think when your down down it won’t be an issue at all as your belly should be pretty much empty at all times when your in dog end of prep. I would utilise it then my man

Rest day and check in, weight is down to 108.2 feel a touch flat but lard is shifting performance is still on the up so we are getting much better.
Adding extra 125 tren per week on top of what we are using right now, so it’s game time

I really don’t think lack of tren will help bringing the waist down, do what works for you buddy tren isn’t a necessity but it really does help especially if your looking to retain as much tissue as possible in a deficit.
