Keep reading journals here it will help a ton before I worked with @jordanpeters i prepped my self for all my shows in 2017 … I read all his logs on here every day while doing my cardio and used what I could from that… did alright from it and won all my shows!

Happenin kuba, got two weeks left of diet phase then onto a cruise n start to log lifts again, so dead will be put back in???? hope you don’t think this too personal man, heard a couple rumours bout you being quite the raver back in the day? I know Nathan deasha was a bit mad for it in his amateur days too! How did you find mixing the two together? And do you think you would be where you are just now if you were still enjoying that life as well?? Thanks man
I still do go to an odd rave but now it’s more of 1/2 times a year not like back in day ????. It’s a balance I’m militant and committed to the cause year round. 1/2 nights per year won’t cause damage. It’s needed at times for a mental break. I normally fast for 18 hours… no alcohol tho just water ???? by enjoying it I am where I am, if I took the piss and over did it I wouldn’t be where I am for sure.

I’ve took more in past, gear use with Jordan has been conservative. We haven’t smashed it and stacks are always relatively mild based around primo mainly so you won’t see me suffer from any sides or see my blood work terrible.
What was your biggest cycle you’ve done? Always curious about these!

What meal do you use gda one bro and do you use gda on rest day and a cheat meal
I use gda with most of my carb meals
No cheats at the moment

The tren causes me massive blotting and stops my food digesting so I thought cutting it would help me eat and possibly get more out of my food without being so bloated
I think when your down down it won’t be an issue at all as your belly should be pretty much empty at all times when your in dog end of prep. I would utilise it then my man

I wouldnt do tren for summer. No matter how the dosage is, but thats me. I would take primo instead. Test/Primo/npp in my opinion regarding health, it’s much better. Also the look primo creates phenomenal.
But i wouldnt do the cruise if you are going to end after 16 weeks.just drop everything except the test 2 weeks before you go off

Supplement needs is as cheap as it gets for quality unfortunately just like with anything if you want quality you pay for it my man.

It does have caffeine but nothing high so won’t affect you bud I promise

Protein is always slightly higher on rest days and carbs are lower with fats higher it just helps my appetite and gives gut a nice break from carbs we have on training day. Again training day protein a touch lower to allow for better digestion

Avoid anything that has carbs if you are having drinks tho. Coke Zero is fine

Depends how fast and hard you go, for me speed 4/5 is ideal as it feels like I’m almost stood still but heart rate is at optimal level for fat loss at that speed so I do favour those a lot, best bet is just walking outside to be honest
