Its not the split. It’s how you perform the split. How many exercises per body part. If you’re training absolutely balls out then you’ll be stimulating growth. Then it’s making sure you’re supporting the work done with food and drugs and sleep.

If your going to run an oral only I would do stints on anavar 50 mg 8 weeks on 5 off

For as long as your body allows, until your bloods show some issues if on prep.
Offseason use it sparingly, again it’s a tool I’d like to just use in prep but it does have its place in offseason if doing a mini cut

When your digestion can’t handle it
If you can digest it eat it
If you bloat or go straight to toilet after, maybe reduce the volume.
All depends on how tummy handles it.
If you can handle it no need to replace once digestion slows off then replace for calorie dense food like cereal
