    I wouldn’t snack buddy, it will make cravings and hunger worse ass it into your meals just make sure you don’t over eat. If it triggers you to eat like a pig stay away from them

    It works it’s not my favourite approach but I do have several clients that struggle with binges run higher and lower days so they aren’t pushed too hard with hunger consistently.

    All depends on your preference I guess

    Stick to the plan and remain hungry, always judge of scales and performance

    It’s so easy to over eat especially post show when hunger is so higher it’s almost uncontrollable.

    Be wise and add calories in very small incraments

    Kuba how are currently doing your splits pall? I’m trying to grasp what it is but just know you do a 2 on 1 off not sure how you are splitting muscle groups down and doing your density day

    Not quite recovered so we will drop sessions down to 2 on 1 off and rest on either side of density last week has mashed me up and today I paid for it performance wise so I have to listen to my body and listen to Jordan and go back to 2 on 1 off so I can absolutely destroy the sessions

    Actually spoke to Jordan about this, last week has completely trashed me.

    I just got excited to hit the new set up but it’s all good no more being impatient we will stick to the guns ans run it like this

    I have been taking 500mg test enth and 200mg npp for 12 weeks.

    Could I now go on a anavar for a cruise or is there no point im just thinking of something low in toxicity.

    For a cruise I would stay away from orals anavar is mild but it does harm hdl significantly I find personally it really bottoms mine out.

    Ideally for your cruise I would hit

    200 mg test e
    200 mg primo

    That will see you tick over nicely

    Happenin guys, so put together some of the info from the log in regards to diet/training split/drugs etc.

    ano a lot of guys want to see the info all together so ive put it together on word docs.

    Not dated and stuff as its just to get ideas for my own diet and training. not going to be copying any of it word for word as its all relevant to kuba and how his body is currently reacting a long with a tonne of other variables. It does allow you to get some ideas and mix it up with your own diets and splits and hopefully get some benefits without always having to scroll back and forth to find the info, hope it helps at least one of ya!!

    Upright row x1 triple RP
    Rear delt x1 same as above

    Over head ext x1
    Bicep curl x2

    Hammer curl x1 rp

    Conclusion

    Next time round tricep is our and we add crucifix for x1 rp before upright row and hit triple RP on all movements
