Great push session with Jordan and Oscar at flex and tone l, new set up for training so I will travel to Manchester every day this week to grasp everything properly before I hit it on my own.
Some things you can’t learn through explanation you have to see it and feel it. New set up is just that 🙂

I’m currently running and upper lower split 4 days a week, where should I program in RDL’s in your opinion as I know you prefer them on your pull days?[
It’s a hard one
I wouldn’t do rdls with an upper lower split as rdls will fry both your back and hams. Unless you did a day with rest before and after and did a mix of upper and lower then do rdls there 🙂

Keep test as is. Increase adex to 1 mg that will have you covered my man

What are your thoughts about Letro for the last days pre contest? It can make you dry out and look much harder but also killing your estrogen and look worse. Did you used it in the past ?[/quote]
It won’t make you any harder over night if anything may appear flatter. Adex is enough
This close to contest your test shouldn’t be high really so no need for letro IMO won’t get harder or drier

I would add top up arm work on top of your workouts
So what is your current split/sessions ? There on I can see where you can add some arm work so it doesn’t harm your programming

Tuesday: Push/Pull ratio 1:1, more chest focused.
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Deadlift variation + 3-4 back/hamstring exercises (extensions, Romanians, ham curls)
