I assume 35iu is just a starting dose for the lantus and it will increase over the coming weeks?

Strenght is definitely on the up judging by today’s session. Slowly creeping things up. I’ve attached my log book picture so you can guys see numbers were pretty decent. Good progress to see from here on for sure!

Yes bud that’s fine, so use cyclic dextrin again if your blood glucose drops it will pick it right up again straight away. It’s much faster than lucozade or anything else really

Much needed rest today, very light 30 minutes cardio to start my day followed by some physio this afternoon. Again nothing strenuous to make sure I’m recovered and ready for tomorrow!

Massive leg session with Jamie and Jordan, hit a pb on top set so from here on it’s time to keep pushing.
Left knee has eased up a ton I had a touch of knee tenditis from a session 3 weeks ago and today I was almost painless!
