So after consulting with jay we will experiment with the set up below in the mini cut and see how it goes.
3 iu gh am & pm
Incralex 300 mcg 20 minutes pre and straight post. Always inject intra muscular ideally into muscle trained.
5 iu insulin post build up to 15 iu to accommodate carb intake post workout 40 g carb per 5 iu and carbs ideally from rice baby rice cream of rice or cyclic dextrose. 0 fats in post workout meal.
T3 and t4 in at 25 mcg/100mcg

400 npp
300 mast
700 primo50mg anavar
25 mcg t3 100mcg t4

Really don’t think it’s a lost art bud with some guys that are about now. Watch old videos there would literally be like 2/3 guys that would pose correctly ( if you pay attention to detail you’ll see this) rest don’t really pose right.
Practice practice practice and you’ll find your own groove on how to display YOUR physique best this is where some posing coaches at the moment go wrong… they teach everyone same way when everyone is different and should pose a touch different

All depends on how you control the aromatisation. Dog end of prep your estro would be rock bottom so anadrol wouldn’t affect it. You’d just see the benefits but for this you HAVE to be super lean 🙂
