Push a touch more mate, lower calories a touch and get as lean as you can and then push back up

Kuba, besides lowering calories for your mini cut, are you also taking any fat burners (ie Clen) or increasing your daily steps?
Nothing bud and I won’t need it. Lowered calories slightly didn’t have my normal weekly cheat and dropped good 5.5 lbs in the first week.
Regards fat burners we only utilise those once we are in shape during prep. Offseason absolutely not.
Expenditure wise extra 5 minutes to my fasted 20 minutes on bike 🙂

Upper lower rest repeat my man! 10 working sets per session will work perfect then adjust from there if you can handle more or not quite recovering from it ????

Very much may be as Stephen said.
I tend to get a little drier during first 3 weeks of my cruise but it’s always loss of water retention making me appear leaner as Stephen mentioned so it will be that. Take it as a positive and train fuckin ballsy to keep making progress. Also I would advise to drop volume a touch it worked well with me during my cruise

There are various triamterene and HCTZ combination diuretics available but yeah dyazide seems particularly hard to get at the minute so I’ve used other brands with my clients but you need to be careful as the ratios aren’t the same as dyazide
.Echoing what Kuba said, it’s not always necessary and I reckon I’ve seen more people come in looking worse with diuretic use than have actually improved with it

It’s a tablet not broccoli so I can’t imagine it will “go off” I really hope not as I used some before a show couple of years back haha…. I’ve had products out of date before and it was good to go… oils on other hand I wouldn’t bother

If your looking to retain as much muscle mass as you can then the smallest adjustments will be the best.
Small adjustments in cardio and diet will see you have best results it will allow you to keep performance up hopefully with no issue.
Aim for 2/3 lbs per week off and Pay attention to your daily expenditure and any weight fluctuations. 🙂
