May I add, when Strenght gets over let’s say pressing 80kg dumbells it’s too much effort out of your set throwing them up alone than actually doing the set

i would go 12.5mg aromasin eod as its half life is 24hr but its duration of action around 4 days. data i found a while ago:

“At a single dose of 25 mg given after a meal, average peak plasma levels of 18 ng/mL are achieved within 2 hours post-dosing. Food was shown to enhance absorption, resulting in plasma levels 40% higher than those observed in subjects under fasting conditions.”

plus with aromasin u will get no rebound when u stop taking it unlike arimidex.

arimidex i like to use in the close weeks coming into comp but any other time aromasin is my go to.

Similar but it isn’t as potent as Adex nowhere near
