    4lbs down since I last did this session today and all lifts held very well

    First set on press felt a touch harder but again I did have a herder rest day so that explains it, tremendous session either way

    Epic progress this week with fat loss, new low today 255.8 after legs, woke up looking very hard and lean. Flat but that’s all ok, flat is a must to get lean.

    Hi Kuba,

    I was catching up on your Dubai VLOGs yesterday – great content as always.

    You specifically referenced wanting to inspire and motivate others so I wanted to use this opportunity to share some feedback.

    Results don’t care about feelings, I needed to hear this yesterday, I’m on week 9 of my cut (not a bodybuilder, more lifestyle) things are starting to bite a little now with low food, high output and busy work schedule etc. I was hanging yesterday, I was considering swerving cardio (not missed a beat since starting the cut) but those words literally picked me up off the sofa, I headed down the gym and got it done – so thank you.

    Also incredibly motivating to hear your story, where you started, and where you are now.

    Dedication, discipline, and a lot of graft – you’re a top man.

    I’m taking 1500 daily

    RDA is like 400, according to dr William Wallace is way Too low, I would go higher, you don’t dose it per kg

    More so based of your activity levels

    259, didn’t sleep as well energy not affected but was up a few times in the night. Need to wind down earlier and cut water earlier.

    Perfect push day, strongest my press work has been so I’m pleased.

    2 single arm prime lateral

    2 prime pin
    2 cable fly
    2 lateral cuffed
    2 cross body push down
    2 overhead

    Strongest I’ve been, look pretty lean Pwo little flatter but big week of fat loss done. So I’m pleased. More to come.

    257, a lot tighter again in midsection especially

    Posing daily 3 rounds minimum with holds and conditioning on it feels great now I can pose easily without gassing so my goal is to be able to do 3 rounds with holds perfectly.

    Rest today busy morning with clients & usual business tissue work sauna and dentist for a clean & gumshield mould

    I’d aim to get just a little bit leaner, 71 kg would be perfect then slowly go into a productive gaining phase
