Whats your NPP dosed at? Have you had npp or have npp at 200mg/ml? Notice any pip from it?

Mine is 100mg per ml it’s at 400 buddy

I haven’t seen any at 200 ever before so if someone is claiming theirs is 200 I wouldn’t use it. If pip is bad it’s prob shit

Rest day on cards, m1 down then we are off to see babet… iron eagle lady who does my trunks but also my tissue work and cupping she has done for the past 2 years and it certainly helps with niggles! Then back to gym do a little cardio before m2 and chill for rest of the day in office or at home. Plenty of client check ins to do so il be resting up going through those 🙂

hahahaha you’re literally going what I’ve done, choose a gym then the house haha. Up north tends to be good choice of decent gym and cheaper obv. Dedicated fitness has sort of solidified itself as the best in the UK, its near liverpool

I strongly disagree with that buddy.

Best in uk at the moment for overall package is probably Paul knights for the selection of kit. And I would say Birmingham for gyms totally

You have ultimate fitness & emporium and tons of crazy good gyms around the area

No disrespect if your affiliated with Watson but their kit isnt made with right angles some of the pieces are very awkward especially for smaller or larger members seems it’s only average guys that fit on it ok.

how long are you going to run this mini diet for Kuba?

Until we are lean enough to push back up, performance won’t suffer il keep growing while we drop fat so be in a much better position to push forward again once lean 🙂
