    Sounds a solid plan

    Trt phase and imo you shouldn’t go back up until you dial in your training more and set up, you should get so much more progress out of this if it’s all dialled in.

    Keep shots consistent don’t not take any

    I personally wouldn’t have thrown aromasin in instead I’d have just lowered to 200mg test and do daily shots
    Then bump to 250 slowly

    Rest &. Check in day 266.8 3 more days of pushing then deload, I’m not fucked but I like to run 3 days off every 6/7 weeks to keep more fresh and not let my knees get wrecked.

    Feeling great, very very busy day but it’s what we do very grateful to do what I do and have chance to help so many great athletes! Got a huge year lined up

    Few weeks coming up now then July onward I have clients competing every single weekend

    Legs 266.2 little more off again but overall not looking too flat but much leaner so no issue, I will be taking a deload and diet break toward back end of the week so little more to go then we re set

    All lifts up today, was a hard session and I actually thought about what me and Jordan spoke about with log book and how it keeps you honest & challenges you i got that today when I knew what I had to hit on leg press it required total focus today.

    Wearing ear plugs helps, if I could I’d train in silence my focus is so much better.

    Biggest issue is people have diff perception of what a meal is

    You have 200 lb guys or 125lh girls going and having burger and chips ( 2000 kcal ) and expect there’s no consequences

    There is –

    Roughly macro track your meals, your already eating plenty across your day in most cases

    When people get free reign this is where they just get super fat then have to diet extremely hard to take it off and end up with binging issues as they need to push so hard to get there

    Fine balance

    Ultimately down to self control

    I ran it high to assess primo dosage for estrogen modulation in relation to test and trestolone in the offseason. This estrogen was elevated for maybe 10 days tops. As Immediately after i went back to my regular arimidex dosage that keeps it within range. These pictures were taken with estrogen in range, i cant help but feel like there’s not a ton of water covering up those glutes/hams. Seems like fat.
    Thank you Kuba. I’ll run up the calories roughly 350 for two weeks. Pull the suggested compounds and make the adjustments you suggested. I truly appreciate the input.

    That’s not water that’s just body fat bud, trestalone is awful if your already prone to holding water

    Running it high like this doesn’t give you any feedback to modulate your Estro with primo as there was no primo on place

    Take less test
    Remove trest
    Remove adex
    Add some primo

    You’ll feel 10x better and actually not hold a ton of water

    It’s not about knowledge here , it’s just the running necessary is so entirely counter productive to reaching low body fat

    Running that much needs fuel .

    Olympic athletes are very lean as they have ran marathons for their whole

    Normal people getting ready to do Marathons look like normal people as they need all the fuel to actually do it , not a caloric deficit.

    New plan that I can propose . Do a physique comp and actually try to win

    6-7 months later run a marathon that you have also been able to properly prep for

    Doing entirely shit in both is not doing hard stuff , it’s the opposite really as the pair let you cop out going all in on the other

    Do 1 well then do the other exceptionally well

    Why are you letting your Estro run wild ? Is it because someone claimed high Estro is good for you ?

    It’s simply not

    Estro too low is harmful
    Estro too high is also harmful

    Keeping it in the right place for the individual is key, sitting with this extremely high and trying to get lean is going to be extremely hard.

    Because you started quite far out of shape getting peeled peeled is even harder, this is where you will likely need to take a diet break maintain weight / reverse diet slight for 2 weeks change stack design that’s more suitable towards your current goal so water isn’t skewing your assessment.

    When using any anabolic above trt we should expect Estro to maybe sit slightly above range but just letting it run super high is not good imo and can be harmful, it’s the main reason why your body holds water like a spunge

    Your body doesn’t want to grow, nobody has a body that just wants to do that but it’s not how it works sadly. That’s just water my friend from Estro level of a pregnant woman

    Bloods attached only show your tsh – ask for t3/4 to see where they are sitting I imagine probably fairly low with how much you pulled off

    First thing I’d do is pull yohimbine & ephedrine
    Change stack
    Diet break / remove Clen
    Check where this dose of t3 is landing you ( tsh doesn’t show that just shows your thyroid is shut down here )
    Then get back to business when all is set

    Fasting doesn’t do anything bud – calorie deficit does far more for our body when it comes to any sort of detoxification benefits people want out of a fast

    Your drinking too much before bed, get in most of your water during day and taper down in last 2/3 hours before bed

    Add in some vit c too pre bed 1g/2g generally helps with passing
    Little extra salt in last meal ( from your daily total )
