No, I only see BG issues from Gh when overfeeding and not taking all measures to keep sensitivity in check.
You don’t necessarily need insulin with Gh – insulin is more dictated by how high you need to push food to take stress of your pancreas.

Rest day,I’m almost back to 100% so giving my self an extra day here to get back to usual.
This is where 3 in 1 off is good, I can still auto regulate extra day IF I need it badly and still have higher frequency but with more recovery time in between and not need an actual deload which for me isn’t really deloads anymore I tend to do 2/3 days rest and back to usual now as I tend to handle my variables much better and I’m working with more sustainable volume combined with just managing my stress & routine better

I once saw a great answer from Jordan in his Q&A session on Insta.
He listed about 8 points that lead to a lot of stress during training… Stretched positions, repetitions that you can no longer complete and so on.

Ye condition is still good atm, struggling to push with food atm tbh I’m at an all time high with food but only 3 lbs heavier than my last push up feel abit disappointed I don’t wanna diet it off and to have made no progress gains wise l. Or is pushing up 20lbs unrealistic time after time

Epic leg day
Did 520 on Cybex leg press for 2 sets relatively comfortable, legs are looking fuller and look is changing a lot now so I’m pleased
Still not feeling 100% so I may need another day at home, we will see how I feel, so far I think it would be smart to take an additional day again and full rest before I get back to business
Weight is down again today 269.8 and check in day this morning, the look is actually much better again so we move.

This is the way I woild build up to this, you want to actually touch your working weight or as close to it as possible to get feel of the weight ( won’t give you fancy terms waste of time )
Mentally and physically you will be ready to handle this weight better. Take the last one with a fuck ton of confidence

Pull day was epic weigh dropped to 270.8 and today 270.2 so we are moving nicely

273 this morning nice drop after only doing 5 k steps all in yesterday so complete rest, not a 100% today but it’s enough to get back to work for me.
Push day usual session, I felt my tricep a ton today pressing on smith so I may move my cable fky back up before my smith again

If you want to spend more time in the gym don’t run full body, there is nothing you can do in gym that will be productive on your rest days bud

That sort of cortisol is completely fine, supplementing with a higher dose of magnesium always helps
If your mindset is like this on trt I would not explore doing any cycles until you fix that first as going up in doses will only make this worse
