    That sort of cortisol is completely fine, supplementing with a higher dose of magnesium always helps

    If your mindset is like this on trt I would not explore doing any cycles until you fix that first as going up in doses will only make this worse

    Rest day, full day of chilling to get this shifted.

    Weight 273.6 this morning I’m anticipating it moving nicely now, let’s see. Key today was just getting back in check

    273.8 this morning after legs, both me and Meg have a horrible caught it actually kept me up a chunk last 2 nights so I’m going to rest today, normal rest day food / steps as usual and likely rest tomorrow so I am fully recovered.

    This is where 3 on 1 off is good as every so often auto regulating extra day of rest when it’s needed works a treat.

    Super simple, tired & sleep fucked = take extra day and come back stronger. Especially now when we’re fighting off some Bug

    Let it cool off first before you mix powder in or it can get a little crusty as powder may cook under higher temp

    Use a whisk too to mix it will be way better

    You can also make a whey paste

    Mix 40g whey 35 g water stir and pour it on top of your cream of rice

    Drop a set down from each body part at least and see how you feel, still not making great progress drop another out ( if you train hard ) which I assume you already do brother

    Stop the set drop weight and work in rep ranges you can actually get productive work in

    Unless you are very very advanced keep your reps 8-12 this leaves room for error

    Your weight will fluctuate daily

    Work of a bodyweight average per week rather than one off weight

    My weight can move up or down 2/3 lbs daily

    Unless you are Jordan and you are literally a fucking 10x black belt in bodybuilding training, lower rep work isn’t for you imo in 90% of cases NOT ALL but most.

    Stay in safer rep ranges until you master your training, I have seen an increase of people tearing their shit and doing shit reps in Lowe rep work without understanding what Jordan is actually doing.

    When you have such skill, mind to muscle connection and self awareness of a fucking yoda at this shit ( I’m nowhere near and I’m 16 years into my training ) you need to be a little more careful imo

    You will likely fail at 1-2 RIR on all of these lifts too bud so just focus on quality reps and leave the RPE consistent.

    Upper 10 exercises – rotate order of chest / back one session start with one then other with other.

    3 back
    3 chest
    2 shoulders
    2 arms ( super set )

    Legs
    4 sets hamstring
    4 sets quads
    2 set calf

    Few of my friends do dry lining & plastering, on tools all day they eat a lot, I tend do advise if possible training 2 x over weekend and then 2 x mid week

    Lower Sunday
    Rest Monday
    Upper Tuesday
    Rest wedensday
    Lower Thursday
    Rest Friday

    There aren’t any set in stone rules to fats : carbs . All of us eat in a way that if we were going to then make a run at a comp , our food is set up that way so we run fats as low as covers needs . But if I wasn’t trying to compete I would have my fats way way higher , as it’s much much nicer food . All just steaks , salmon and eggs

    I second this haha, generally our diet for our goals is lower in fat – range varies 1g per kg is what I’d shoot for if you was natty less if assisted

    Higher fat intake I have seen skew lipids ( even if all fat sources came from right sources )

    Pull day 274 today so movement happening, body is feeling ok got a bit of a chesty caugh.

    Going to see how the body moves this week and I’m anticipating some more changes to get body moving.

    Cycle back in now should see everything move forward nicely too.
