    Bodyweight coming down already I’m expecting around 4 lbs ish off in first week and same again in the second based of these changes then once drugs start to do the job and we sprinkle them back in the fun will begin.

    Blood work & IV before training with eval, I have blood work reference points every 6-10 weeks from last 4/5 years 🙂

    Training performance was good, body is feeling good we’re good.

    275, dropped 3 lbs since being back home on rest day diet 4400 cals

    Prep day 1 25 weeks out today

    Training day 4.7k
    Rest day 4k

    This puts me at a nice deficit across week coming down around 700 cal from training day 400/500 from rest day.

    Cycle stays as is for now test / primo 600’mg total, 10 iu Gh likely escalate the gear next week.

    Feel great sleeps amazing and body is feeling great so can’t wait to kick start this prep now.

    Push day today no change to session.

    Higher frequency = higher volume, if you add an extra training day ( upper) overall volume for upper needs to come down

    Final day of rest, diet set and ready to rock and roll for tomorrow!

    Very much looking forward to getting stuck into this diet phase, feel both mentally and physically ready.

    Sleep has been epic since getting home back to my usual 8:30 bed 5:45 wake im going to try and push for 8:15 bed time so I am able to get more time in bed.

    Going to go over my training today and set everything up. Game on

    Doesn’t matter gets absorbed anyways buddy, you don’t need to use huge long pins imo especially if shots are smaller I tend to use longer pins when I’m shooting anything past 1.5 ml of oil

    Rest day – today and tomorrow will be off then back to work already itching to get to it today so will be very very ready to get stuck into it Saturday.

    Plenty of client work to do today, then sauna and cinema, more client bits to finish tonight then we rinse and repeat tomorrow.

I can’t remember the exact podcast (I think it was on recent one you did on think big bodybuilding like 13 days ago), but you talked about having a different mindset this time going into prep. I would be interested hearing a bit more of your thoughts on that if want to share:)

    I’m prepping like I’m going to win, defeatist mindset is for fucking losers, I’m not that. I’m a realist, I may not win it doesn’t change me doing this like I am going in to win the show. Every thing I do and have done has been done with this intent this year

    Pull day, solid session and got a lot done today has a walk across Palm with Charlie and catch up. Did an hour of walking so Epsom salt bath and bed before legs

    Did a very similar session to what I normally run so excited to get home, plan wil be travel day as rest 2 more days rest then kick off prep satay day

    No I will come back and forth, will spend summer in uk and winter in Dubai.

    Push day today – similar movements to at home, felt pretty decent so I’m pleased.

    Weight holding at 278/9, not dropped any since I landed for a change, heat is actually pretty good as it isn’t windy it’s just right. Trained at dungeon and it’s absolutely immense, my kind of vibe, everyone is mega nice it feels like Truman show, makes a nice change from rotherham & Sheff where I always have to be on my toes just in case 🤣
