I have been using the trap bar last year when I hurt my lower back and leaning forward was painful. Would def recommend it if you want to lower the stress on your back

Hi Prem, just read your post and saw your meals..are you currently on a competition diet or do you just want to lose weight?
Your post workout meal is not ideal,I would switch to an fast carb and protein source for post workout as example cream of rice with iso whey!
For your training schedule I would recommend more compound movements especially for your leg routine.
If you need help just ask 😉follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

when certain upper body movements are not hurting you can still do them but have you seen a doctor ? a medical outcome is necessary to
be sure you´re not making it worsefollow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

I´m currently on prep and to be honest I struggle nearly everyday but as some of us said, lots of veggies, lots of water, maybe sugar free sirup or sauce added to your food, coffee and the willpower to get through this always helps me

today I had an gastroscopy to see whats going on in my stomach. the doctors told me that I have an stomach infection so they took a biopsy
to figure out which antibiotics will help me. To be honest I´m really down atm because my health problems took me so much time and
energy in the last couple of months..I know the antibiotics will help me but in the past I experienced also a lot of health problems caused by them..
yet I have to take them and hope everthing is going well.follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

It def works for the average person who maybe wants to lose weight but when you‘re doing bodybuilding where timing and amount of certain food at a specific time, this could become complicated.
I prefer a meal plan which doesn’t mean you have to eat the same everyday!
In off season it doesn’t need to be chicken and rice, I often switch to potatoes, quinoa, pasta as carb source and fish, beef, seafood as protein source .follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro
