    When I’m on prep I don’t add oil for cooking I just add some water and grill the meat.. but you can add any oil for cooking your food just be sure you don’t exceed your daily intake and always use the same amount 🙂

    I rearly eat fish during prep because it always feels like I ate NOTHING ????
    I have seen a lot people doing this in the last weeks of prep but never understood why. Less calories of course but I don’t think it will make a difference when it comes to condition

    Todays arm workout :
    sz curls 3×8-12
    sz nosebreaker 3×8-12
    cable curls with barbell 3x-8-12
    cable push downs barbell 3x 8-12
    single arm DB curls 2x 8-12
    single arm tricep overhead ex 2x 8-12
    ABS
    Crunches
    Plank crunches

    if you are sick just rest and let your body heal.. I made some bad experience with working out ur just doing cardio when feeling sick even it is not “that bad”. Please be wise and wait until you feel good 🙂

    Hi Jess! as the most of us told you do what works better for you.. DB raises with straight arms caused me joint pain so I swichted to DB raises with slightly bent arms. I would recommend lateral raises with kettlebells, this helped me a lot to focus on the shoulders and deactivate my traps.

    Hi George! try to increase carbs slowly around your workout and take progress pics once a week, also try to progress on your lifts. I would also maintain low intensity cardio !

    Like the boys said low intensity cardio on rest days will help you in many aspects so definitley yes!

    yesterday´s pull workout was great..and the focus from PREPARE was redicilous. For the last couple weeks of my very short off seaon I decided to start with a new training schedule created by Wotti 🙂
    since my days are full of hours with creating new workouts for my clients I´m not really in the mood for my own .. and I think he really know
    my weak points and a new routine will help me a lot!
    Will definitley post my training schedule later 😉

    In the past I had 4 routines like Wott (2 started with shoulder, 2 with chest) but my shoulders have to become better so currently always starting with shoulders

    hey Jaz! Don´t worry everthing is going to be okay but be sure that you drink enough water and reduce carbs to a minium and going up with cardio.
    Do you have an post contest diet plan?
    after my first prep my face turned into an marshmallow and believe me I´ve learned my lesson 😉

    Left is from today , right is at the start of my last prep ( feb 2018)
    Haven’t trained upper body from January until April , weight is the same on both pics

    slept 9h today, finally. last couple days where busy since two clients of mine stepped on stage at the NABBA/WFF Austrian Championships. they represented themselves so good and I´m so proud of them. My posing client Anna took the overall bikini title and my client Linda won the junior bikini class (she´s 19!)
    Both will compete at the NABBA WORLDS in Dublin 🙂
    Today I had a little check in with my coach Stefan Kienzl, we are both happy with condition and symmetrie (my upper body was always too tiny for my legs in the past). Now its time to decide which shows are interesting for my comeback on stage .. maybe some of you could help me with some suggestions ?
    and one last thing.. look at the picture I´m going to post.. this motivated me so much..RIGHT is at the beginning of my last prep , LEFT is today
    tell me what you think, weight is the same btw

    I tried a lot of different brands in the last years and never had a real problem with stomach issues but I prefer dymatize iso ,always worked for me 🙂
