got my results from the MRI (lower spine) .. it looks like the bone marrow edema fade out slowly, the fractur is still visible so I have to talk to my orthopedist when I could go back to my training routine !

Sounds like your heavy set is too heavy. Maybe reduce the weight and make sure you have a good foot position!

good push session today, I recognized that my strenght dropped a little bit but that´s okay atm , on monday I will get my MRI results and on tuesday I´ll get my bloodwork done and hopefully then my real offseason will start 🙂 seeing so many of the team prepping for shows, it´s just amazing and I want to do it again!!!!!

felt sooo much better today, noooo stomach cramps ! yay! had a great training session with my physiotherapist, she is a genuis & she showed me soooo much and I´m really excited how my body will response to this!

Didn’t felt good today, woke up very early because my stomach was a little bit upset ! Really don’t know why, didn’t changed a thing in my diet !
Had two PTs in the morning, later I trained legs but performance was hmm okayish (stomach cramps) .. but whatever finished the workout and went to my MRI appointment, tomorrow I’ll have the results 🙂follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

As Michael said start the movement with your shoulder blades not with your arms ! Scapula pull ups as example really helped me to connect with my back !

Rest day aka full day of work in the gym , did my cardio as always fasted in the morning 🙂
Weight dropped from 72 to 70 in the last two weeks, diet hasn’t changed, I just lost some water because I’m completely off from primo and gh since 8 weeks now .
Recovery also suffers a little bit atm, so I’ll make sure to reduce training frequency a little bit, upper body is completely sore ??
