Hi Henry! I currently have the same issue, my left back is better developed or let´s say it looks better.. I talked to my physiotherapist and we had a training session! in my case my right romboids are weaker and my pectoralis minor (also on the right side) is really tense which causes a false posture. my tip here is: talk to an physiotherapist, deep tissue massages and record your pull training to see what you´re doing !

woke up really early today which happens like never haha so I decided to train before my PT, went fasted in the gym and started to drink my intra when I arrived in the gym. trainedbjpn pre stim and pre pump mixed together =) started my workout with scapula pull ups and some other shoulder blade activation exercices then:
– chest supported horizontal high row (rear delts)
– seated side lateral raises (machine,HS)
– shoulderpress
– db incline presses
– lying side lateral raises
– chestpress which I used as an triceps press
– upright rows (sz-bar)
– triceps rope extensionsthan I had a cool training session with a client of mine, back home, big walk with my family (Stefan and Nori 😉 and good food at our favourite balkan grill :p

lovely rest day, slept more than 10hours haha, well that was needed ! fasted cardio done and then off to work, it´s getting colder AND I looooooove it !

LEGSSSSSSSSSS, felt weak today and the fact that I still can´t train like I want just made it worse 😀 still made it through the whole session because next week I´ll have a follow up appointment for my lower spine and HOPEFULLY my legendary leg sessions will be back 🙂 beside training, I had two clients and some office work !

For what reason should someone eat food they can’t digest and cause bloating for sure your body want complete absorb the nutrients !
