    For what reason should someone eat food they can’t digest and cause bloating for sure your body want complete absorb the nutrients !

    Really good pull session today, I started with activation exercises which my physiotherapist showed me on Monday 🙂
    Yeah it takes more time and you’re longer in the gym but my mind muscle connection was so much better !
    Before my training I had a PT and now I’m in the gym (working) for the next couple of hours !! Gonna be a long day ! Tomorrow will be def rest day 🙂

    I think for someone who is new to this it´s important to develop grip strength and wrist stability BUT when your grip fails before your back fails (as example) I would start to use lifting straps.
    Knee sleeves are used for more stability, so when you´re a advanced and they help you to progress why not.

    rest day for me and I had a really good deep tissue massage (legs) but know I feel like I trained legs for 3h ! upper body is also a little bit tired from yesterdays physio treatment =) had a great day with my mum and Nori and now it´s time to relax and hopfully grow 🙂

    When you reach the same bpm like you do on the bike/treadmill/crosstrainer or whatever (at least 120-130bpm)then it’s cardio.

    Push today with one of my clients 🙂
    Later one personal training and then off to my physiotherapist:)
    We are currently working to reduce my dysbalance on my right romboids/shoulder. She showed me some real cool movements to active those areas correctly before I start my training.

    legs today, still no squats, hacksquats or Rdls so I did:

    -seated legcurls
    -adductor
    -single leg legpress (new PR)
    -single leg vertical hacksquat (no pressure on lower spine)
    -abductor
    -glute ham raises

    later we visited Stefans parents.. and now I feel like a big fat pig haha too much food 😉

    doing a FBW every second day will limit your recovery! I would switch to a upper/lower split

    Hi Kate, first of all I´m glad you´re already feeling better, it´s really difficult to be rational in the last weeks of prep, EVERYONE here has been there!!! please don´t let the pressure to be perfect ruin the last days of prep, I know it´s easy to say but always keep in mind why you´re doing this and how far you have come. you got this!!!!

    rest day for me, fasted cardio in the morning, big walk with Nori and after that I cleaned the whole flat =) also did some client check ins and now my shift in the gym starts. the situation in vienna is pretty tense, the number of infected goes up very quick and I have to be very careful when I´m doing a personal training..it´s also very difficult to plan a show because nobody knows if there will be a second lockdown, for sure my goal is to compete in 2021 but when and where is uncertain. yet I do really enjoy to not have the pressure to compete again, sounds really stupid but I have high expectations on myself and this caused a lot of selfdoubts in the past months. looking back and seeing how far I have come helps me a lot.

    Step by step, start by yourself and get in shape so that potential clients could see what you’re talking about! You can do both at the beginning so you don’t need to worry about your financial situation.

    -cable rows (separated grips, lat focus)
    -Scottcurls

    -shoulderpress machine
    -incline chestpress
    -high incline smithmachine
    -lying reverse fly’s (cable tower)
    -lying overhead tricepextensions (cable tower, ez bar)
    -hanging leg raises

    Now two PTs back to back and then off home and writing some plans for new clients ☺️
