Finally rest day, just did fasted cardio and now my shift in the gym has started, currently a lot of people think that the gyms will be closed again and a second lockdown will come ..due the numbers of infections went up ! Hopefully NOT ?

wupp had to switch from rest day to pull ! tomorrow I´ll have a photoshooting soooo there´s no time to train =)

Push today, numbers went down but didn’t surprised me.. my calorie intake yesterday was really low,there was so much to do during my shift in the gym so I didn’t had enough time to eat, my fault ??

this meal is high in volume .. maybe switch from eggwhites to iso whey/whey.. if just the raspberries caused digestive issues remove them 🙂

Depends also on which cardio are you doing, 30 mins low intensity cardio on the bike will we helpful for your recovery, 30 mins running will be too much

wohaaa forgot to post yesterday, sooooo let´s do it now 😉 nothing special just had one client in the morning, then I trained arms, yes you heard right I trained only arms but to be honest my arms are legging imo so training them on an extra day with a little bit more volume hopefully helps! nobody needs spaghetti arms on the pro stage 😉 post training I had sushi with my mum and brother. Today is rest day, big walk with the dog, food prepping and then I had a cupping treatment on the right side of my back/triceps/neck, which is still effected from my surgery (right wrist).

Hi John ! Adding 10-20% from the total calories is good approach imo, with weekly comparison photos and monitoring weight you can add intake when needed !

Make sure you have a protein source in that meal, the rest is preference, for me a protein/carb meal is optimal post fasted cardio ,as example whey isolat with oats

Had a great morning walk with Nori, later cardio (30min) on the bike and then off to work 🙂 currently I’m doing cardio just for fun ? weight stays around 70-72 kg, strength didn’t dropped which makes me so happy ? really excited what’s gonna happen when I’m fully recovered again ???follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

lovely pull session with a client of mine, later again two clients and that´s it for today, currently really enjoying that I´m working a little bit less than in the past. I feel better and my stress level def increased 🙂 beside that nothing special for today, boring pro life 😉
