    I don’t count the calories I have burned during cardio, most of the machines are inaccurate.
    Watch your heart rate during cardio and keep your daily output on the same level (steps as example)
    When weight loss stalls, lower calories or increase output or do both 🙂 always depends on your goal and deadline 🙂

    just saw your pic on IG look beautiful! ahah stairs master ???? I don’t know if it’s going to be in my next prep life episode!! who knows? just asking for a friend LOL… you keep your hands away from the stairs master and so standing straight? I always did this but maybe… I make my life difficult sometimes ahah.. how much you do of it and how the speed? when cardio I just listen all kind of podcast, books listening, YouTube … it’s becoming cultural finally! LOL thanks! x

    When I’m doing the stairmaster I try to lock my hands behind my back at the beginning to not fall asleep again, I’m def not a morning person ????
    Currently I’m doing cardio everyday fasted 50 min on the bike (low intensity) (at home)when there is more time in the morning, stairmaster (gym)

    I’m always watching the videos of my teammembers here on the side and this helps me so much to become the best version of myself and making myself and them proud ????

    when you want to switch from eggwhites to whey add a fat source too ( whole unsalted almonds/ unsalted almondbutter as example)
    personally I would tend to eat eggs because of the volume of food

    I’m doing refeeds only on rest days to restore glycogen and on the next day a big leg session to use the extra calories

    Personally I prefer the same food like in offseason (of course the amounts change)
    Cream of rice with iso whey post workout, mps Max and sustain from trainedbyjp nutrition during workout !
    There is no prep or no prep difference

    Coach is happy how things going! No cut arm, lets see how long , this prep is really different than the last but I give everything to be the best me possible 🙂
    Had a great leg session with @wotti , my stomach felt weird in the middle of the workout, but still managed to train 🙂

    I would add intra carbs and instead of bcaas I would switch to EAAs!
    Post workout meal iso whey with cream of rice , works well and easy to digest !

    Standing on the stairmaster, 30 min left ????????
    After my cardio, PT and than check in with the coach . .than off to work for another client coaching. Busy day and I’m still sore from the deep tissue massage so it’s again rest day for me ????

    Hey Dean

    Push/pull/legs is a great split to gain tissue but with 3-4 days of training not enough frequency , I would switch to an full body workout if you train 3x a week, upper lower if you train 4x
    If you want to lose bodyfat you need to be in a deficit !
    Fasting works also but I prefer 4-6 small meals split through the day
