I don’t aim a certain calorie output in offseason, I use it for a better overall health, to prevent fat gain just reduce calories !

Binges are often caused by a too aggressive diet, decrease your calories slowly during your diet and when you finished it slowly add calories from week to week

Hey Dean , if your weight drops too fast and your outpout is that high I would reduce or cut the 30 mins cardio on your training days but keep it on rest days !

Currently waiting at the airport Vienna for our flight to Amsterdam ! We will enjoy some time off with good food and maybe a cookie or two ????
Push session yesterday was amazing, focused a little bit more one chest and switched some exercises because I noticed that my right pecs are way more weaker than the left (caused by my accident, surgery)
