    Pussssh today!
    I‘m pretty tired today, up early and had some PTs, sometimes it’s pretty annoying to train people for hours and at the end of the day u need to motivate yourself also but with the right pre workout everything is fine ???? time for prepare ????

    Rest day for me, glutes and hamstrings are sore but in a very good way, feels like there are already growing ????
    Currently sitting at work and waiting for my next client !

    There are so many ways to make progress, I’ve tried higher volume training when I started to workout, it helped me a lot for a better mind muscle connection and understanding certain movements later I switched to low volume high intensity which is in my opinion the best way to grow

    I was 22 years old when I visit a gym for the first time in my life, serious into this since I was 24, now I’m 30 and won my pro card one month ago so there’s really no doubt when u truly want to get better you will, be consistent and do the work.

    LEGS today:

    – single lying legcurl machine
    – near stance hacksquat
    -wide stance single leg press
    -hip thrusts
    -Bulgarian split squats
    -glute hamraises

    Hit all my logbook numbers, very happy with that, tomorrow is rest day, time to grow 🙂

    A lot of people use belts during compound movements, in my first years of lifting I felt like I need one and I guess it helped me, it’s totally okay but only for the heavy lifts 🙂

    First make sure that u know how high your current intake is, start with your training again and wait how your body response, than increase or decrease cals

    Heyyyy everyone! so I decided to train today because I´ll be in Amsterdam from Saturday until Monday, I guess this will be a enough recovery from the gym.
    I´ll have a nice pull session and I´m pretty excited because of my new trainings schedule.
    The last weeks I have tried to reset my my mind for the upcoming weeks and I´m feeling recoverd and ready for a nice improvement month .. yes I know a really short offseason but I know I´ll beat myself in my upcoming shows 😉

    During compound movements you´ll need def more rest between sets, everyone recovers different but in general I would say wait until your heart rate comes down

    Currently I also use dark chocolate as an fat source nothing wrong with that but I would also add different fat sources like nuts, coconut oil, salmon

    Hey Ryan, when you recover well and you make progress in your logbook I wouldn´t change that. Rest days are so important when training intensity is high !

    First things first our little dog is okay, nothing is broken she just hurted her hip, she will need some rest for the next days and hopefully everthing
    will be fine again.
    third day of rest, slowly feeling better 🙂

    Relaxed Sunday until our little dog hurts her feet when we went out. Nothing acute but we will visit the vet tomorrow!
