    Single leg exercises are great for stability and mind muscle connection but I would recommend a single leg press movement instead way more save

    Hey everyone !
    Slept very good today but feeling really tired atm, Coach told me to rest for the next couple of days, didn’t even do cardio because I really feel like doing nothing will actually help me a lot !
    Currently I’m sitting at work and later Sushi date night with @wotti ????

    Bloodwork arrived today, everything is okay only my liver values could be better , so we decided to wait with oral supplementation 2 more weeks, than doing bloodwork again.
    Health is always priority!

    Looks good to me, only on legs 2 I would start with an isolation exercise before RDLs maybe the single legcurls previous 🙂

    There is no MUST 🙂 most of the people decrease carbs on rest day just because their output is lower

    Personally I don’t use soy sauce in prep but when u use the same amount from the beginning this should be no problem 🙂

    early cardio session on the stairmaster today (30 min) PT´s later and than finally training 🙂

    – single arm cable pullovers+ pulldown machine (warm up, lat activation )
    – low row (hammer strenght)
    – seated gym80 row
    – high row (single arm)
    – lat pull down
    – hammer curls (DB)
    – seated bicepcurls (hammer strenght)

    on friday my bloodwork should be ready, hopefully everthing is fine, can´t wait for my real offseason to start 🙂

    Had my bloodwork early this morning and later some PTs + some extra cardio on the stairmaster, without that I would have fall asleep, cloudy and rainy day in Vienna !
    Finally training day tomorrow, pull but without lower back load, hammies and glutes are still sore.

    Felt really good today, no sore throat, so decided to train legs.
    Had a really good session and a new PR (rdls) which really surprised me !
    Today’s workout :

    -standing legcurls
    -rdls
    -horizontal legpress
    -single leg legpress
    -glute kickbacks
    -lunges

    Added two bicep exercises:
    -hammer curls
    -reverse cable curls

    Not the best push session today… I’ve pretty much progressed every lift every session for weeks now so a session like this has been a long time coming… Very frustrating but I have had a very good run recently!
    We have already planned 4 days of consecutive rest days whilst I’m away this weekend so hopefully as I head into next weeks sessions I will feel a lot better ????????

    Some rest days in a row will def help u to progress for the next weeks ????
