Slept very good today but feeling really tired atm, Coach told me to rest for the next couple of days, didn’t even do cardio because I really feel like doing nothing will actually help me a lot !

Bloodwork arrived today, everything is okay only my liver values could be better , so we decided to wait with oral supplementation 2 more weeks, than doing bloodwork again.

There is no MUST 🙂 most of the people decrease carbs on rest day just because their output is lower

early cardio session on the stairmaster today (30 min) PT´s later and than finally training 🙂
– single arm cable pullovers+ pulldown machine (warm up, lat activation )
– low row (hammer strenght)
– seated gym80 row
– high row (single arm)
– lat pull down
– hammer curls (DB)
– seated bicepcurls (hammer strenght)on friday my bloodwork should be ready, hopefully everthing is fine, can´t wait for my real offseason to start 🙂

Had my bloodwork early this morning and later some PTs + some extra cardio on the stairmaster, without that I would have fall asleep, cloudy and rainy day in Vienna !

We have already planned 4 days of consecutive rest days whilst I’m away this weekend so hopefully as I head into next weeks sessions I will feel a lot better ????????Some rest days in a row will def help u to progress for the next weeks ????
