We have already planned 4 days of consecutive rest days whilst I’m away this weekend so hopefully as I head into next weeks sessions I will feel a lot better ????????Some rest days in a row will def help u to progress for the next weeks π

Had a really strange day yesterday, I was so tired the whole day (didn’t even train)so after work I just went straight To The couch for some rest and fell asleep immediately ????????. Slept for 9h and now I’m feeling good.

I do not know your current diet and what’s your goal but when u train fasted make sure u sleep and drink enough previous.

I start 15-20 min before I step on stage, push-ups, rows, side laterals , bicepcurls, tricepsextenions ( resistance band) and of course posing to get a good blood flow. Be careful of not overdoing this, you should get a decent pump it’s not a workout, keep your energy for the stage π
