    Nothing special today, just a full day of PTs , did cardio on empty stomach and slowly adding again vacuum exercises !

    Do you use the diet planner on the app ? take a look and see if your macro and calorie intake is right, but as Kevin said there could be much more reasons, like activity in daily life or sleep quality

    Not the best push session today… I’ve pretty much progressed every lift every session for weeks now so a session like this has been a long time coming… Very frustrating but I have had a very good run recently!
    We have already planned 4 days of consecutive rest days whilst I’m away this weekend so hopefully as I head into next weeks sessions I will feel a lot better ????????

    Some rest days in a row will def help u to progress for the next weeks πŸ™‚

    Early PTs today and 30 min on the stairmaster, later off to my mum and the rest of the day working on my homepage ????

    You will def need more regeneration so try to get enough rest! Keep an eye on your logbook to make sure u keep strength

    Another pump session in the books! Jk I’m just doing what my coach told me 70% of my normal intensity.
    Today’s exercises :

    -latpulldown
    -side laterals
    -chest supported tbar
    -seated side laterals
    -seated row machine (single arm)
    -curls (HS bicepcurl machine)
    -hanging leg raises

    Had a really strange day yesterday, I was so tired the whole day (didn’t even train)so after work I just went straight To The couch for some rest and fell asleep immediately ????????. Slept for 9h and now I’m feeling good.
    We got a new update for the app so sorry for my late post !
    Today finally training again πŸ™‚

    Hey Mehdi!
    I do not know your current diet and what’s your goal but when u train fasted make sure u sleep and drink enough previous.
    1 L water mixed with EAA’s and I would add a carb shake during your workout.

    -adductor machine
    – Rdls
    – hacksquat
    – lunges (with weights)
    – leg extensions
    – glute ham raises

    Strength is still going up a little bit , my goal is to maintain That as long we are adding Supps again

    And of course 40 min of cardio in the morning !

    When you start using GH you will have some minimal water retention.. weight will go down again when your body gets used to it

    I start 15-20 min before I step on stage, push-ups, rows, side laterals , bicepcurls, tricepsextenions ( resistance band) and of course posing to get a good blood flow. Be careful of not overdoing this, you should get a decent pump it’s not a workout, keep your energy for the stage πŸ™‚
