Today we are again at a competition in Vienna to support a client of mine ! That’s the reason why you carb up the day/ or day’s before a show the carbs fill up your glycogen stores and this gives u a fuller and leaner look. Of course pre show that’s not binging it’s an controlled process.

Today I‘m doing a short workout for a videoshoot , planned to do again a push/pull.
My coach allowed me to go up with calories (bodyweight limit is now 73kg)

Hey David!
You started a new training style, so be patient ! Two triceps exercises in both upper body days are enough, I guess everyone has some lacking bodyparts and doms are not a sign of muscle growth. Log your lifts, make sure you are progressing and of course make sure exercise execution is good even if you’re getting stronger !

increase cals around training and in the morning are the first changes I do in my mealplans, if I need more energy cause of stagnation or even weight loss ????
But in your case, as its offseason, I would also reduce activity, maximum 5 training sessions a week, I actually train 4 days a week and I have no performance issues due to too much training.
Try and error, but reduce training to 5 times a week and increase your cal a bit will do wonders mate._________________________________________

If lifting everyday helps you to get through difficult times there’s no reason to not train everyday but keep an eye on recovery.. don’t go to failure every session, add mobility work, cardio , stretching to your workouts.

It has been a loooong day but a very successful one ????
Really happy with my clients, my work and of course my progress even if I’m currently in a regeneration phase. As a said upper body session today which was a really good one !
Strength was fantastic and I’m feeling fresh and recovered.– latpulldown
– side laterals (DB)
– bent over barbell rows
– military press
– cable row
– weighted dips
– scottcurls
– rope hammer curls45 min cardio earlier today 🙂
