    wupp! found my log in the pro athlete section, exciting ! haha
    for me it is again a non training day, just did my cardio 45 min fasted, now working in my office and later two personal trainings with clients. talked to my coach Stefan Kienzl again and we decided to do blood work in two weeks, if everything is fine we start with a short off season and increase training frequency again!

    I’m not an expert for this but as long as your diet is on point and If you have an structured training schedule which considers your strengths and weaknesses you will make progress.

    No training again, just cardio ????
    Sorry for being boring ????.
    Currently we are on the way to the Austrian championship (NABBA) , so we will be there the whole day to support our clients and friends.
    Tomorrow I’ll train again. Didn’t decided if it will be a upper or lower workout. Weight went down a little bit, currently 67,4kg, appetite finally goes down but from time to time I’m still very hungry

    Currently using the Yamamoto Fuji , Dymatize iso or yummy iso both I mix them always with food (rice, cereals, oats, greek yoghurt )
    I can’t stand the pure taste of whey ????

    So if your looking leaner but weight goes down slowly why do you cut calories again ?
    Refeed is only necessary if the performance in the gym goes down too early (I think at the end of prep nearly everyone lose a little bit of strength)

    The thing that threw me was the fact that I’m actually up .4lbs from when I started dieting. I dropped a bit in the beginning, then started to maintain or slowly gain. However my look was improving. I pulled food down a touch just to see if I could get the scale to budge, but so far still not much at all.
    My plan is to monitor recovery and judge pictures. I’m very happy with the progress that I’m making, it’s just different then any prep experience I’ve had in the past [/quote]
    You didn’t mentioned that weight went up ???? but as Louis said progress pictures would be helpful to see if you making enough progress ! How much time do you have ?

    Personally I don’t do front squats because my whole upper body hurts after them ???? imo there are better ways to hit your quads so I switched to near stance leg press, or hacksquat machine

    Hey everyone !
    Wuppp exhausting day but energy and mood are still high from food which I added to my diet, more fruits, little bit more carbs for breakfast and post workout, last too meals high in protein, last meal a good portion of almonds or avocado, not counting macros, just eating intuitive !
    Really weird after 15 weeks of a structured diet ????
