Talked to my coach today about our next goals etc, currently a lot of things going on and I’m still not 100% how next months will look like , nevertheless I’m feeling good and slowly my mind stops thinking I’m on prep and I can enjoy life more ????
I decided to only compete if my better half is ready as I‘m. This prep was not easy for me and for him neither.
We talked a lot about that in the last days and I think we will find a way !

Sounds like a plan is already forming and coming together. If you’re thinking potentially Spring, that’s quick. Not doubting your abilities whatsoever but would that give the required time to make some of the improvements you seek?

Yes you’re right , there’s really not enough time to make big improvements, talked to my bf about this today, it’s difficult to decide what would be the perfect time for my pro debut.
There are many pro‘s and contra‘s I guess you know this dilemma ????
Tomorrow I’ll see my coach, his opinion is very important for me but for sure at the end of the day I’ll have to decide this by myself .Aaaaand guess what the SWOOORD arrived ! So cool !

I think cereals and whey are perfect after boxing, I went also through your nutrition plan and there’s nothing I would change, when your weight drops slowly and your strength stays the same, perfect !

what heart rate do you target during cardio? Anything you do during except post on here?! haha I want to keep mine in after comp for headspace, digestion and also… to eat more!!! haha
My heart rate is between 110-120 really smooth as a I said I‘m doing this for waking up, get some extra activity in and to stay fit during off season 🙂

For me it always has been a big problem to do “less” but 2 days a week are a absolut must when you train like this.
What helped me a lot was to focus on my recovery on those rest days, active recovery like cardio, stretching, mobility work & foam rolling 🙂follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

For a good developed leg the adductors are so important and often neglected! Most of the people have a good quads but for a complete thick leg you def need big adductors 🙂
