    Having a drink from time to time will make no big difference but 1-2x times a week will I guess !
    In off season you should enjoy yourself but never lose sight of your longterm goal !

    Good morning!
    Currently sitting on the bike for some fasted cardio (30min) than breakfast and after that we will have a nice push session.

    Great leg session with a client !
    – lying leg curls
    – deadlift machine (rdls)
    – wide stance hacksquat
    – leg extensions
    – hip thrusts
    -adductor machine

    I make sure my upcoming bikini champ will have the best back shots ???????? and of course my hamstrings, glutes need also more tissue for my pro debut !

    One week later – has it in sunk yet IFBB pro?
    Post show seems to be going very well for you so far. Sleep is an absolute pain after shows. I was going to bed at 10pm and waking up 3-3:30am, but that was it and my body was up. You think the systematic accumulation of prep fatigue would knock you out, but unfortunately the body doesn’t just shift gears like that and takes a while for everything to slowly trickle back to normal.
    So what’s the plan going forward in terms of shows? Obviously transitioning into the offseason now, but what improvements are you looking for?
    Found a spot for the sword yet? Please tell me you’ve at least once chopped some veggies in the kitchen with it? If not, maybe I’m just weird haha.

    Hey Sam !
    I think to really realize that I have to stand next to some pros 🙂
    We are planning to do my pro debut next spring season but I‘ll see my coach next thursday to really plan which shows are optimal . I‘ll def post how the meeting with the Brain Stefan Kienzl has been 😉 (he‘s such an genius person ! )

    I think you will benefit more from deep tissue massage every second week, I only see my chiropractic when I feel like something isn´t right,
    had several problems with pull movements after my wrist injury both deep tissue massage and the chiropractic helped me a lot

    I´m currently using the join-in from trainedbyjpnutrition, works really well for me but do not rely only on supplements to fix issues caused by too much gear

    I don’t think you really need a high carb day/ refeed when you doing a mini cut for 6-8 weeks, only if strength is going down rapidly

    Showday for Stefan’s clients. We currently waiting for the show to start. Both of them look fantastic !!!

    Decided to train today because we are on the road for the next days. Two clients of Stefan compete In Slovakia so we decided to support them this weekend.

    Had an great pull session this morning :
    -pull-ups
    -bent over barbell rows
    -latpulldown
    -single arm seated row
    -single arm iso lateral high row
    -concentration curls
    -drag curls (ez bar)
    – ab wheel

    Nearly everyone deals with lagging bodyparts and imo it’s often caused by false execution or lack of mind & muscle connection.
    In the past my upper body never fits my lower so I decided to step back, lower the weights and did every rep with perfect execution, than slowly increase the weights and get strong with perfect form
