    You have to create an illusion so lots of side lateral raises (side delts) in different variations and of course a lot of pull movements for the upper back

    hey guys!

    really great day, first night with no sleeping problems, cardio in the morning (40min on the bike) and post breakfast I went to the gym for a push session (and later some furniture shopping ..well that shopping escalted but who cares xD )

    todays exercises

    – incline chestpress (gym 80?
    – shoulderpress (gym 80)
    – standing side lateral raises
    – rear delts ( cable tower)
    – dips (with extra weights)
    – overhead tricepspd (cable tower), rope
    – ab wheel

    tomorrow I´ll post my current diet (reverse diet) just click on the link DIET PLAN on my log 🙂

    Hey guuuys!
    Sleep could be better but I guess it’s from the eventful weekend, back in the gym today but as I said just for fun and blood flow, pump was insane ????
    Weight is currently 65,7 kg and my head grows again ???? rebound but that’s okay ????

    Hey everyone !

    What a weekend, finally sitting in the airplane back home and time to let that adventure seek in 🙂
    Met nearly everyone of the trainedbyjp athletes, had a lot of fun, ate a lot of good stuff and know I’m the first Austrian WPD pro ????
    Reached my goal to become an IFBB pro faster than I thought and new plans with my coach Stefan Kienzl are already made.
    There are no interesting pro shows atm so we decided to wait until march/april for my pro debut ( writing this is just crazy, surreal and soooooo fucking cool )

    Now it’s time to give my body some time to reset and regenerate, going off from all supplements and going down with frequency of training will help me to become better when we start with my offseason.

    Tomorrow I will start again with cardio training which became a really important thing for me during the last year, mentally and physically.

    Want to say thank u again to everyone who supported me during the last year, my sponsors Jordan & Corinne, my men, my coach and everyone who pushed me during my toughest times. Looking back and seeing how far I have come especially after my accident at the beginning of this year makes me really proud.
    I remember the moment when the doctor told me my wrist is broken and he must fix it with an operation.
    I really thought the season is over and i have to wait another year.. and know I‘m sitting in an plane with a sword and the pro card in my baggage ????????????

    I‘m forever thankful for the ups and downs !

    Hey everyone 🙂
    After a really long day and a short night I’m finally calming down right know ????‍♀️ but still can’t believe it , WPD PRO ???????????????? never ever thought I would reach this goal at my first attempt ????

    Today we were also at the Olympia amateur to support a client of my coach and of course to see Mark and Ryan on stage !

    We had a nice breakfast and some good treats during the day, for dinner I cooked chicken, potatoes, beans and some veggies , call me crazy but this tastes amazing after two days of carb loading ????????
