you gotta be careful with Vitamin E, I would NOT recommend taking it synthetically. Just eat real food high in E. Also it is added to many fishoil products, I would not recommend those, alwayds trygliceride form (best with proof of not oxidizing to quickly, some are enahnced by adding polyphenols), always high EPA content, like 2:1 and consume 1.5g of EPA or more total!
Also I would add in Arjuna! Has great benefits for the heart!
And bpc157 might be able to even heal damage that has already been done!!! Which would be huge, we will need human studies on it but it works in mice (which is not enough evidence, of course)!

OFFSEASON has started.
was cruising, but gotta add size. Wanna do it in healthiest possible way. So I am doing 560 prop and 450 Primo weekly. with 3.8 iU GH daily.
Split is:
Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Back
Arms
Legs@DestinationDallasTexas gym now as I moved to Dallas 3 weeks ago! Hope to be good enough and have a productive offseason to be able to compete coming May

finished 7th. Judging was a lil ridiculous. I feel especially bad for Omar Bautista who came in 6th. I would have had him in 3rd, honestly. But they placed the Floridian homeboys in front of him…but I wont say anything publicly, bodybuilders take everything so personally.
YOU guys can always critique me! I want to hear this and want to improve and will NOT feel butt hurt about it.THey also have not put up comparison shots…yet, I hope! there you will see cleary what was up.
