Hi Joseph, agree with the guys here that if you are planning on going back on cycle soon then I wouldn’t use arimidex or PCT I would cruise also on 80-100mg/ week. Personally I would only inject 1 x per week for the cruise and the cycle.

Hi Daniel, personally I likes a 5 degree slant it just feels more comfortable for most movements for me and my biomechanics.

Hey buddy, I think it’s a great place to be I don’t like complicating things these days. For the GH personally I would prefer just 2iu daily fasted. I think it’s more than enough.

Also being able to make the right decisions when you have to adapt. Realistically you should always be able to find atleast 3/4 days per week to train even if it’s only for 1 hour. Ideally you will prepare all the meals for your diet plan so you never miss one. If you don’t have time to make them then buy foods which are readily available to eat on the go. Base your diet around your lifestyle. If you get caught out and you need to eat out there’s always a better option for the food. Find something healthy that’s similar to the meal your missing. Trust me it will be available somewhere nearby. Don’t just grab the closest thing if it’s a junk food.

Hey guys, woke up in a lot of pain in my spine yesterday. Slept really badly. Cancelled tennis and luckily work was quiet so spent most of the day in best resting. Went to the gym in the evening for rehab work to loosen my back up and do a little arm workout.

Hey buddy, I think our body’s own ability to heal itself is pretty underrated.

Hey buddy, I would pack a few fresh meals and then a few meals of like whey and dry oats that I can add water to. I’d eat the fresh meals first then whey and oats meals after as they don’t need to be kept cool.
