Hey guys! Had a mega busy morning at work yesterday! Headed into town after for a tennis event and was there all night. Had an amazing time! Watching a friend compete at a powerlifting event today!

Hey buddy, I have known guys to keep calories super high even when fasting. You will just need to be ontop of your nutrition and choose calorie dense meals to have during sundown hours. In terms of the cycle I would probably not use during this period and continue use after.

Hey guys, had a busy day yesterday. Got up early and did my back rehab then had a solid tennis hit. Went off to work then chilled in the evening. Got called out at midnight and got home at around 3am. Up for work early today so feeling pretty damn tired!

Gooood morning guys! Had a good rehab session for my back yesterday morning. Then had an excellent tennis hit with my coach, he said I was playing some of the best tennis he’s seen. Then went of to work for a few hours. Managed to get in the gym and had a good back session. Sticking with the same format of 4 exercises 3 sets each for training at the moment as it’s manageable when I’m not getting in there as much! Ended up working pretty late so grabbed dinner out! Got home late and chilled in bed a bit before sleeping. Up early today for more back rehab.

Hey buddy! Also I’ve never heard that. I think they’re great fresh with with salad or cooked also and they’re not super high in calories so I think they’re a great food source for prep. Plus I’m Italian so I can’t see a lift without tomato!

Hi George, for sure drop the enzyme however if the pain continues I would look into your nutrition and try and pinpoint if something specific is causing you issues. I did a lot of elimination dieting in the past few years and I ended up learning that eggs and chicken were causing me a lot of discomfort in my stomach.

Morning guys, had a long one yesterday working in central. Was up at 5am and didn’t get back home till 6pm. Was too tired for the gym as was doing a lot of manual labour work all day. Played a few frames of snooker to chill out and then watched tv in bed for a bit. Up early today for my back rehab.

Hey buddy! When training push pull legs I always like to run 2/3 rotations. With different exercise selection and rep ranges.

Hey guys! Super busy day yesterday! No time to train. Had my last league tennis match in the morning. Managed to get the win however I wasn’t playing my best! Unbeaten in this last league so tennis is going well. Hoping to slow down in the next few months and focus on training.

Hey guys! Had a long day travelling back from France yesterday! Had some dinner in London when I got off the train then headed home to chill. Had a shit nights Kip as I had a tennis match this morning. The nerves got to me and I couldn’t sleep at all woke up absolutely battered.

I’ve just recently signed up to this app and haven’t got the chance to watch some stuff throughly
But I did some research on my own, but obviously I know it’s not enough
What I meant to say at last part was as I was doing some research, I’ve seen some videos/researches, people take test 300mg once a week and reported that they felt terrible. And as they switched to taking 100mg 3 times a week, they’ve gotten better results
Hey buddy, I’ve never noticed a difference splitting my doses or taking them once per week personally. However my first cycle was actually Test P 100mg 3 x Weekly and I suffered no issues at all.
