Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday travelling to Lille! Got here in the early evening and got settled then had a poke around town for a few hours! Up fairly early today!

Hey guys! Had a good day yesterday! I was meant to have a tennis league match in the morning but it cancelled so I took the opportunity to go to the gym! Had a great workout did some chest at kings! Went back to work after then chilled in the evening! Up early today travelling to Lille for a few nights!

Hi! This sounds fine for one workout but you will need to vary these workouts, I wouldn’t squat and hip hinge every other day, you will want to put some isolation movements in there also.

Morning guys, had another super long tiring day yesterday! Got in from work at around 8pm then played a few frames of snooker with a friend. Got home late had dinner and then went to sleep! Up early again today for my back rehab then playing tennis.

Hi Jay, if your coming off completely then it might be a good idea to do some form of PCT. This should reduce the amount of time it takes you to recover.

Morning guys! Had an early start yesterday 5am workin in central. Got home around 6.30pm then went out for dinner then hit the golf range after to hit some balls! Got back home and went to bed, slept pretty shit and back up at 5 again today working in central again!

Hey buddy! If this has started since using the dream sleep then I would definitely lower the dose, even discontinue if you feel like that’s causing the issue. What does your nutrition look like leading up to the times before that meal? It could be something to do with your blood sugar levels.

Get into a solid routine with your nutrition, you want your calories in a position where you can perform well. If you keep things super clean over a few weeks time you should lose a little water weight. Keep focusing on progressing lifts in the gym and just keep an eye on condition and scale weight.
