    Morning guys! Had a busy day yesterday travelling to Budapest! Got to the hotel around 6pm then went out exploring! Tasted some of the amazing local cuisines, the beef is absolutely amazing! Up early today for more exploring!

    Hey buddy! I’ve never trained forearms but I try my best to not use straps. Only if I’m doing something really heavy and even then I will attempt without straps first. This has definitely improved my grip and my forearm size!

    Morning guys! Had a productive day yesterday! Had tennis in the morning which was great, then managed to get a move little back workout in. Worked after then went back to tennis for a bit. Chilled in the evening. Up early today as travelling to Budapest, Hungary!

    Hey buddy! I wouldn’t personally increase dosage here. Unless your doing your cycle, training hard, eating your diet and sleeping well and making zero progress then I would think about changing your cycle but until then stick with what’s working!

    Hey guys! Had a great arm workout yesterday! I worked all day then smashed arms in the late afternoon! Had a good workout I haven’t trained then for a while! Then played tennis in the evening! Up early today for tennis again!

    Morning guys! Had a long day yesterday! filming for abstract! Then spent the evening packing orders! Went to the cinema super late but watch napoleon which was a great film! Up early for work today, gonna hit the gym this afternoon.

    Hey guys! Had an awesome delt workout on Friday! It was a late one but managed to get it done! Chilled most of the day yesterday apart from work! Was up early today for photoshoot in London for abstract!

    Hey buddy! Personally I just like to lay in bed and watch tv! If I train late I’ll come home eat and sort any other meals I need for that day or the next, have a hot shower and then get in bed with a cup of tea until I fall asleep watching tv!

    Hey everyone! Had a busy day yesterday! I hit in the morning after my rehab then shot off to work! Had a busy day then went out in the evening for dinner at Sheesh restaurant London which was nice! Up early today for rehab, hoping to hit some Delts after work!

    I think definitelt start off doing them playing down flat and just focus on relaxing as much as possible. You need to push the air out of your body then try and imagine your breathing in but without opening up your airway. This will create the vacuum.

    Hey guys! Had a good rehab session in the morning then went home and had breakfast! Headed off to tennis after and had a 2.5 hour slugfest of a match! Fell behind badly but ended up saving a match point and came back to win! I was exhausted after, had a bath and then went to work! Packed orders most of the evening then went to bed! Woke up feeling shattered this morning still!
