Morning guys! You will be proud I made it to the gym 2 days in a row! Who dis?! Played tennis in the morning for an hour then went off to work. Then hit the gym aroun 5pm had a decent little back session then went back to work after. I got home pretty late around 9.30pm and had dinner and went to bed! Slept ok but still woke up feeling a little tired! Up early today for my back rehab, got a tennis league match at 10am so let’s see how we go!

Hey buddy! I’ve not really heard of this side effect before. Are you sure it was the test causing this? They are all pretty much the same so you shouldn’t really feel much different on them.

Morning guys, very busy day yesterday! I hit in the morning then had a mega busy day at work! I managed to get in the gym around 5pm for a chest workout which was great! Came home and played tennis for about an hour then worked on my laptop till midnight! Up early today for my rehab, then I’m hitting!

Hey buddy! I stopped pinning my Delts years ago just incase this happened. I’ve also been using Rohm labs for years and I’ve never ever had a bad pin experience.

Lats I find the safest place mate. Lats and quads only place I inject now. Baring in mind I only do TRT so I do not inject large amount and it’s not frequent but yes even when I was competing and doing bigger cycles I always avoided my Delts. Only pinning lats, Glutes and quads!LouisMoylan

Hey guys! Worked most of yesterday actually! I managed to sleep in a little but ended up working the majority of the day after! Went out for dinner in the e ending to celebrate a friends birthday! Had steak and chips which was really nice! Watched a film in bed after. Woke up pretty tired today! Tennis in the morning played for about 90 mins then got rushed off to work! Super busy day!

Morning guys! Had a super busy day at work yesterday! Got home at around 6pm and chilled and watched the tennis! Another busy day at work today but I managed to get a fairly decent sleep.

Hey guys! Had a good rehab session yesterday morning then went off to work! Smashed our last mixed doubles league match yesterday! We actually went down early on and made a good come back and won 7-6, 6-3! Solid effort! Went back to work after then worked most of the evening. Played padel tennis late which was super fun as usual! Got home late and went to bed! Up early today got work got called out of bed!

Morning guys! Had a good day yesterday got my rehab done early then went off to work. Had lunch and came home, watched the Djokovic game which was good then went off for a mixed league doubles match in the evening, my partner had an injury and we was playing a high level team so we was bound for the loss. I started off super well and then my intensity seemed to dip. We dropped the first set 1-6, then made an awesome comeback in the second taking them through a long tie break but sadly losing 6-7 (10-12). Came home and ate, stretched a little and went to sleep. Up early today, I am tired I wish I had a few more hours sleep! Doing my back rehab now then off to work. I’ve got another league match at 1pm and I’m playing Padel tonight!

Hi Jesse, I think it’s great and I think it’s always good to try new training styles and see if it benefits you more. Bare in mind you need to give it a few months of solid commitment before you will start to see if it’s right for you! I say go for it, monitor your results then you can decide after if you want to stick with it!

Morning guys, had a slightly more chilled day at work yesterday. Got it done fairly early then went to the gym and had a little back workout which was nice, honestly I was so close to not going. As I mentioned in my last post I have not been wanting to train or do anything. Sat outside the gym for like 15 mins debating wether to just drive home! Anyway I went in and got a little bit done, 3 exercises, 3 sets each then left. I went for a solid tennis hit a few hours later then chilled for a few hours before working in the evening. I had a pretty late dinner when I got home around 10pm then was in bed by 11ish. Had a fairly decent sleep so I’m feeling ok today! Off to do my morning rehab!
