Where in your workout are you playing your pressing! I found that if I placed my pressing towards the end my pain wasn’t as bad. Doing isolation movements before definitely helped. Obviously rehab and physio required also.

Morning guys! Got called out to work early yesterday which messed up my plans to train! I got home ate and went and played tennis for 3 hours which was good. Got some good games in. Came home ate again then went to a family event. Got in pretty late and ate dinner and fell asleep in bed watching tv! Gonna go to the gym today and hit some back rehab and some legs! Then maybe watch Mario!

Hey buddy, I always kept my test and mast the same dosage. Never ran into any issues and always had great results! Obviously you need to monitor it yourself but you deffo don’t “need” to have it higher!

Little bit of diet progress:
Left: ~237lbs/107.5kg
Right: ~227lbs/103kg
I still plan to take off another 20-30lbs/10-15kg or so.

Hey guys! Sorry I have had the busiest days! I literally done my back rehab then hit a tennis match. Finsihed up around 12 then went off to work. I got in from work literally at midnight! I was battered! Up early for work Friday! Managed to hit a good back session in the afternoon before going back to work! Hit a little more tennis Friday evening then I went back to work! Up early today for work too! Not sure if I’ll train!

Hey guys! Had a really good intense tennis lesson in the morning. Then went off to work for a few hours then played tennis in the afternoon from 2-4pm. Came home and had a meal, then went and hit a chest workout at physique warehouse which was great! Got home and ate again then got called to work! Was up super early today for my back rehab session.

Morning guys! I had a super busy day at work yesterday! I didn’t manage to make it to the gym as I had a meeting in the evening. Got called to work after so I went to bed super late. Woke up absolutely shattered again! Had a meal then went to play Tennisz

Hey buddy, I used to consume a lot of raw liquid egg whites and I had no issues at all. If it’s going to be easy for you then try it but monitor how it effects your digestion and assess from there!

Hey guys! Had a chilled day yesterday in Tallinn. Headed back home but got in pretty late around 2am due to some delays and flying back into Luton airport. Up early today to sort some stuff with the van before heading to work!

Hey buddy, how bad was the injury? If it was really bad I would start with lying cobras on the floor. That’s what I do for mine but I have a sever back injury. If yours isn’t too bad you might be able to do some Hyperextensions, start with Bodyweight then move onto weighted hypers. From there I would suggest sticking with a barbell RDL maybe. I always found it best when pulling out of the rack and starting the movement in the upright position rather than lifting off the floor. Lowering down to the shin (avoiding lower Back curve) then slowly coming back up. Don’t overextend at the top! You can start very light on these and build up over time. This is just coming from my own experience with my lower back injury. I would avoid lifting off the floor.

Hey buddy, have you tried eliminating food sources from your diet to see if it helps the bloating? You should be able to do this keeping macros the same.

Hey guys! Had a great day in Helsinki yesterday! Ate some beautiful fresh salmon and tasted a lot of the local dishes there and done a lot of sightseeing! Another bag of steps done! Slept a little crap as i usually do in hotels’ heading back to Tallinn today then home to London tonight!

Hey buddy! I would never mix tans to begin with! I have seen this done before and it has made the tan turn green colour, I think they can have a reaction sometimes! I would definitely stick with the same brand! Also I would use the tanning company that is sponsoring the show as most of the other competitors will be wearing that tan so the line up will look consistent.

Morning guys! Had a great day in Tallinn, Estonia yesterday! Done over 30k steps walking around all day seeing the views and learning some of the history! It’s a very cool place here! Up early today, getting the ferry over to Helsinki, Finland!
